#G-4A and #G-4B: Two Bedroom Suites.

G-4A: Two-Bedroom Suite with eat-in Kitchen, large appliances, microwave and TV; Master bedroom with queen bed; 2nd Bedroom with one double bed. Large front porch, second floor – sleeps 2 – 4.

#G-4B: Two-Bedroom Suite (no kitchen). Master bedroom with 1 double bed plus sleeper sofa, TV, microwave and mini-refrigerator. 2nd Bedroom has 3 twins. Full bath/shower. Rear porch. Second Floor – sleeps 4 -7.

Policies

All rates based on double occupancy.
Extra adults (16+) $10/night.
Children 15 and under free.
Add $15 per night weekends and holidays.
Cot $10/night.
1 car per unit during the summer season. Additional car $25 per day only if space available (must make reservation in advance). Unit G-2, G-3, G-4A, G-4B = ONE CAR PER UNIT.
NO PETS Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pets welcome off season.
Pet room availability limited. $25.00 charge per stay.
Surcharges & minimum stays may apply for weekends, holidays and special events.
SUMMER SEASON ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
One night deposit for daily reservations.
5 night and 7 night stay requires a 50% deposit.
Full payment must be received prior to 30 days of arrival.
Check in at Crest Motel (across the Street): 3:00 pm or later. Check out: 10:00 am.

7 day cancellation required for less than 5 night stays
30 day cancellation required for 5 night or longer stays

Beach Gardens Motel & Suites is located on the west side ofEast Grand Avenue. We are 75 yards to the Beach. Simply cross E.Grand,walk past the Crest Motel on Adelaide St. and take the 'path to the beach'
